Virtual DJ import error.

Hello, I found this software a couple of days ago, and wanted to transfer my Virtual Dj Database to Rekordbox, but everytime I try to import it gives me an error ("Import VirtualDJ collection failed") , I will attach the log files, hopefully this could be solved,

Thanks for sending in the files that's really useful!
Would you be able to send us the database.xml file located in Documents > VirtualDJ and please could you also send us a screenshot of the playlists in the Playlist folder as they don't appear in the xml file and the issue may be with those names instead.

We also believe you may be able to find the playlist with the issue, by importing your VDJ collection a few times but select only a handful of playlists at a time. That should narrow down the issue.

So, could you try downloading and reinstalling from the website. There may have been an issue with the last in-app update

Yes, thank you for the great support, It got fixed and my playlist is transferred, however, the cue points are all missing and none of them got transferred over to Rekordbox.
Hopefully, that could be solved aswell, waiting for a reply.

We're looking into this currently, are your cues Hot Cues or another type from the dropdown menu?
