Import from Traktor file path issue

Solved

Hi,

I'm running Traktor 3 with all my music on a USB stick. I have imported into MIXO using the Traktor .nml file and all the tracks and playlists seem to have been imported but every track file path appears to be broken (see screenshot). It looks like it has taken the USB drive name "DJ" off the start of the path and replaced it with a / so it can't find the files. It means I can't play or edit any songs at all. It's also not syncing them to the cloud.

Wondered if you have a fix for this?

Thanks,

Nathan

Hi Nathan,

Thanks for sending through the screenshots and the extra detail, it's super useful.

There might indeed be an issue here due to a change in the last release so I will try to replicate as soon as possible.

I will keep you updated.

Hey Nathan,

Would you be able to send me your collection.nml file please? I would like to compare with a version that I know is importing fine.

Thanks,

Jon

Hey Nathan,

This should now be fixed in our latest v0.51 release, please update and let me know how you get on.

Download the latest version in App or via https://www.mixo.dj/download

Thanks,

Hi Jon / Dave,

Thank so much. Yes Jon spent some time re-adding my music from Traktor and re-syncing and that’s working brilliantly now. The files all came through to the MIXO on my Mac fine and then synced to the cloud I can play and update tracks on my phone.

Thanks loads for looking into this really saving loads of time having all my music accessible on my phone quality product and look forward to how you develop it in the future.

Cheers,

Nathan
