Import from Rekordbox 6.6.3 error External Harddrive

HI,

I am having issues importing from rekordbox into Mixo. When I try to import a playlist, the songs in the playlist turn out to be duplicate with different file paths. I also see that the correct file path is not the FQN and is missing the volume name. All of my files are on an external drive. I have added a screenshot which shows the duplicate names and non of the files work in Mixo. However, I have checked in RB and all files are in correct order in the collection and the playlist. No missing files etc.

Hey DJSameer,

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, it looks like this was missed so I apologize for that.

I can see from the names that there are duplicates, however it would appear that MIXO has imported files with the extension 'VOL'. As far as I am aware this isn't an extension we can import so it looks like these files may be causing issues. Could you check these folders with the tracks in and make sure you can see hidden files and check what else is in there. '.vol' may also be a hidden folder on your external drive.

I'm also not sure what you mean by 'FQN', what is that exactly?

I can confirm that importing from local and external drives works so I think something about the other files may be the issue here.

Hey again DJSameer,

I've also extended your downgrade from MIXO:GOLD for an extra three months for free, so you can use MIXO during this period until your subscription expires on 15/10/2022. To confirm; you will not be charged for this.

Hopefully during this time I can work with you to get this issue fixed.
