Include all cuepoint, beatgrid and other specific data in the export to Engine Prime.

Yes please. This is why I got the app as your support documents said that this could be done.

Exactly the same!

We completely agree! We're working on it so watch this space.

Sam, Robotic Dreamer,

Engine DJ have updated their importing interface to allow Traktor NML, Serato Crates & Rekordbox XML formats.

This means you can export from MIXO as Traktor, Serato or Rekordbox and then in Engine DJ go ahead and locate that file export and you can move your music in to Engine DJ.

This is showing as completed, but not available, so is this feature live?

Hi Ian,

At the time the export method was Rekordbox XML but since Engine DJ does not work very well with that, we've decided to offer a direct export option.

This is in progress so I've updated the task status!

So trying this (and it not working) has kicked off a free trial with out any confirmation - how do I stop that until the engine sync works properly?

Will let you know when it's live, at which point I'd be happy to restart your trial so you can test it out ;)

Awesome.

2 points - it might be nice for it to ask if you want to start a free trial before starting it.

Second, roughly how long before engine is working as I know lots of people were talking about it at bpm as lots of us have VDJ and Denon Prime and it would be nice to be able to sync them so I guess about 40 of us at least are fingers crossed for this.

I don't have an ETA at the moment but we hope in a few weeks' time.

Any update on this, as currently I'm missing tracks from the engine export and no cue points moved over.

Hi Ian,

Yes Engine DJ does not seem to work very well with Rekordbox XML, which is why we're working on the direct export.

I don't have an eta at the moment but it's currently in-progress and we hope to release the first implementation in a few weeks.

We'd love for you to test it out and provide feedback when it's live so I'll be in touch!

Sounds great, happy to test, I'lll keep cleaning the library first.

Any Time Window for the Release? I guess since the 3.2 Enginge OS Update with the developer support for 3rd party library software it should work out quite smooth in the end... Can we expect it this calender year?

What is the recommended workflow thill the release? export all to Traktor to analyze Beatgrids and then import Back to Mixo and wait for the Engine Export release?

I will build up my library from ground up new and i have a traktor license so im open to the best option. In the end i play only on Engine Devices. And Traktor still has by far the best Beatgrid Analyze on the market.

We can't give you an exact ETA but it's currently in the testing phase so we hope soon.

I don't personally have a recommended workflow for your particular case, but maybe some of our users can help with suggestions...?

Regarding beatgrids, I don't think Traktor beatgrids can be exported to EngineDJ. Beatgrids are built and exported so differently between DJ software it's not always possible to transfer them.

Just thought you should know!
