Cant export playlist to serato

Hi , i have subscribed to mixo gold and after importing my xml from rekordbox , whenever i try to export the tracks to serato crates it shows that its exporting but nothing has happened. i kept it for 8 hours and tried later to export 1 playlist with 3 songs and still nothing has been exported. Kinldy advice what should i do ?

Sorry you've run into this issue.
When you press the OPEN EXPORT FOLDER button, is there anything in there at all? - created by MIXO not Serato.
Are your music files located on your 'D' drive?
If you could tell me the above and also try the following to see if any of these fixes the issue for you.
1. Click RELOAD in the top right
Check the export page again - this still may take a few minutes. If not try:
2. Go to SETTINGS > DEBUG > CLEAR CACHE
Then try exporting again, just try with 1 or 2 playlists to start with. If that hasn't helped try:
3. SETTINGS > DEBUG > RESET LOCAL
Then try exporting again, just try with 1 or 2 playlists to start with.
