Cloud Sync to new computer

hi there, this isn't working. or there's no notification if it is working or not.


are you able to remote into my computer at all? I really need this working I don't have time to waste. please help me

Hey Tristan,

I understand that you are trying to backup to a second computer via Syncing but running into some issues.

1. On your primary device, has the import finished with your entire library showing?

2. Has the Sync step in SETTINGS > PROGRESS > OVERVIEW completed? (every step should show as 'Ready...')

3. Have you tried RESET LOCAL on your secondary device? If it is not Syncing when you log in on this device, try doing this to reset the local database. Do not RESET MIXO as this will delete the cloud database.

Once your secondary device has finished syncing (the top left 'Syncing...' spinner will no longer show) you can download all music to this device by going to SETTINGS > GENERAL > CLOUD > Download All Music

I really hope this helps, but please message us again if this still hasn't worked.

In terms of questions 1 & 2 that I asked before, are these displaying as I described?


Do you have any tracks at all showing in your Google Drive? They should be in the MIXO folder.
