Hey there!

In order to help I'll need a bit more detail about what you are trying to do.

For instance, are you getting an issue when importing a crate?

Thanks,

Jon

Could you send us a screenshot of what you are seeing for the cues? One from MIXO and one from Rekordbox.

I'm assuming the cues are duplicates of each other. Also, when you import it into MIXO is it showing correctly there and Rekordbox is wrong or are both wrong?

Thanks.

The first picture is a serato screenshot with the 2 cue points b4 i import it to mixo.. The second picture is after the import is done on mixo and there was 6 more cue points added.. And the the third picture shows the 6 added cue points from mixo onto rekordbox.. And the beatgrid is also off.. But what i am trying to say is i would like to have the same 2 cue points i had from serato not 8.. So i was thinking is there away to change that b4 the crate is analyse?

Hey Young,

Thanks for sending those through, it's really helpful.

Could you send us the track in question? I've been able to replicate some of the issues, but having that track would help narrow it down.

Also are you having this issue with every tracks or is it more hit and miss?

Thanks,

Jon

Yeah ok.. I was able to import my songs from serato to mixo and export it to rekordbox and there was over 4000 songs.. So yeah its all of them it's happening to.😞

I'm seeing a somewhat similar issue in some of my tracks. In total I would say that about 60-70% of my tracks cue points are in the correct position. The remaining tracks all have one interesting thing in common. The B & C cue point locations have switched locations (A,C,B,D).

Hi Optx,

That is very interesting!

Could you send me 1 track affected by the cue switch and another not affected?

team@mixo.dj

Thanks!

Jon
