- Send screenshots of the issues you're seeing, especially helpful if you get any errors


- Let us know your Operating System & device info

- Confirm you meet our minimum requirements:

windows 10 latest version and dell laptop version 31 works normal but after updating to v32 from within the app version 32 import button seems to be in opt.

I'm having the same issue currently. My first time using MIXO. I have uninstalled and reinstalled MIXO.

My laptop specs:

ProcessorIntel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU @ 1.30GHz 1.50 GHz

Installed RAM16,0 GB (15,6 GB usable)

System type64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Pen and touchPen and touch support with 10 touch points

Software information:

Downgrading to 0.31 fixed the issue for me. :/

Update:

We have been able to replicate this as an issue with Windows touch screen devices and are working on a fix asap.

Jon...You are right I tried it out on my desktop computer and it worked perfectly. Yes I did see a major improvement in the import speed as well. On the Traktor export and then copy library into Traktor Pro 3 folder replaces my original library. But I am doing some different experiment. I think I figure it out I need to go my collection in Traktor Pro 3 and just do a import new collection this did help me to keep my other file in the collection my stems files and my remix files. Thank you sir for all your hard work. I will try the laptop import as soon as a fix is posted. Also can we get a Traktor DJ 2 import with cue point as well if it can be done. Thanks for your hard work on this project really great idea.

I've created an idea for Traktor DJ 2 - is it to do with importing cues to MIXO or exporting cues to Traktor DJ 2. Either way we'll certainly look into it!

Hi there,

Is it the same for all import types as the original issue?


Could you please send over some more detailed information about your Mac so we can check compatibility and to see if there's something that could be causing it that's device specific.

Did you update in-app when the update came out or did you reinstall? Give reinstalling a try if the former.
