For your first point, I'm assuming this is on Windows? If not please let me know your devices specifications. This is usually caused by user permissions. You can find out by right-clicking on the MIXO.exe file and selecting properties and clicking on the Security tab and finally selecting your user. If you need to edit this you will need to be the administrator to do so.
For your second point, you can drag folders into MIXO but make sure you drag it onto All Tracks and for playlists (m3u files), I've created an idea for this as it should work.
Can you send a screenshot of the error you are seeing? Also check that you have whitelisted the MIXO.exe file in your antivirus software as this can stop a part of the app from working and cause those kinds of errors.
Thanks,
Jon

This is the dialog box with the Java scrip error I mentioned yesterday. By the way, I can only open the app as an administrator, If I double click on it, this dialog box appears immediately and it doesn't open
at all.
Cheers.

If you are having trouble opening the support page, try refreshing it, if not try clicking here in another browser or try clearing your browsers cache.
Did you try whitelisting MIXO in your antivirus software? That is usually the error that occurs if the app has partially opened but has been stopped by antivirus software. This could also be because of admin privileges, did you check what your user is set as?
Thanks,
Jon

I did let Mixo thru my win 10's firewall, so in answer to your previous question, yes I use win 10. Also on my dj laptop which is a Dell with a I7 Intel processor (2.70Ghz-2.90Ghz), 16 ram, 64-bit x64 based processor. As of yet the app isn't installed on it, but on another laptop wich I use to organize and download my tracks. Only after I copy them on to my other laptop.
Cheers!

Thanks for explaining your workflow that's really useful!
We've just released v0.31 so try downloading that on your Library Laptop (remember to uninstall the other version of MIXO), and see if this runs or if you encounter the same issue.
Let me know how you get on.
Thanks,
Jon
