Deleted playlists cause new playlists with the same name to be numbered 'playlist(1)'

Deleted playlists should be removed from all saved data so that a new playlist with the same name is not numbered
I like this idea 
Is it just me or in v0.25.0 you now just duplicate them without the numbering. Still not the solution, but behaviour seems to have changed.
