+1 for this. Would be great to turn hot cues from Serato into memory cues instead. And have the option of doing either in import to Rekordbox

I'm pleased to announce that there will be a new option to copy all cues to memory cues when exporting to Rekordbox XML.
This feature will be in our next release, v0.57.
