M3U import Isn't working

The M3U import isn't working for me (version 0.19.0). When I drag an M3U file into the import playlist it creates the playlist, but none of the tracks appear.

Do you get any error messages at all?
If you import the tracks themselves into the 'Tracks' import, is it successful?
From which program did you create the M3U?
