Started Library over, Importing does not work

After deleting all tracks, correctly resetting Mixo on my phone and computer and removing folders from Dropbox, I have tried importing a single playlist from my Rekordbox xml.


When I get the pop up window, it changes the Mixo app in the background to the progress page. Parse (first line item) shows as completed before I select and click Add Tracks for the playlist. Once I click Add Tracks, the status next to Parse returns to 'Ready...'

'Parse' is the step where MIXO reads the file that you are importing whereas 'Saving' is the step that actually starts to import the tracks from the selected lists in the popup.


Did it import the playlist correctly after you selected it and complete the import process? Or did everything go back to 'Ready...'?


I can see how switching views before you have actually clicked Add Tracks could be confusing though. I've created an idea for this:

Hey Jon,


No playlists imported after selecting it and clicking Add Tracks. No changes to the Saving step or any additional changes in Mixo, just that Parse changes from Completed to Ready... and that is all

In that case, could you send me your rekordbox.xml file, that may help us determine the cause. Could you also do the following:

1. Turn on logs in Settings > General > Tools and try the import again. Send us the files created in Music > MIXO > Logs

2. Try importing the tracks from that playlist directly and see if you run into the same issue.

Hi Jon,

I've attached my Rekordbox xml as well as the log files.

I was able to import a track using the import tracks import from the playlist I selected.
