Could you please send us the VirtualDJ database file you are trying to import and the Rekordbox export that MIXO creates. You may also have some error logs in the directory Music > MIXO > Logs, please send anything there through as well.
I've created an idea for this and subscribed you so you'll be updated when we have a fix.
