- Check you're using the latest MIXO version
- Describe the issue/bug in as much detail as possible
- Use screenshots where possible
- Confirm device & operating system you're having issues with MIXO on
- Confirm it meets our minimum system requirements
- Check your logins work by accessing our support site & confirm to us the email username you're using
Be aware that our developers may ask you to:
- Send additional screenshots
- Check password works via the support site
- Uninstall & then reinstall MIXO
- Send MIXO data logs, see how to turn on logs
- Clear your MIXO Cache and Reset your user account
- Check your CPU and Memory usage
