Windows to Mac : I can't sync anything

Hello,

I just buy a new Macbook Air to DJ with.

All my music is on my main computer on Windows and Mixo is installed with all my music synchronized on OneDrive.

I installed Mixo on my new Macbook. I logged in for the first time, but my library is empty. Zero track and zero playlist. My account is connected and my OneDrive is connected. I do a test with my Pixel phone and i can access my library with no problem.

Am i doing something wrong?

Thank You!

Ok well I'm glad you got it working!

Maybe a temporary internet issue?

Anyway, good luck and please do reach out if you have any questions.

I don't think it was an internet issue. I was on my main computer at the sime time and everything worked fine.

I forgot to mension that everything started to work after I activate the "Download All Music" option on cloud storage settings.

Otherwise, the process was super fluid. All my music and playlists downloaded on my new Mac, I exported it to Serato and everything work fine.

Moving my DJ library to another computer have never been so easy!

The only thing that is missing for me is that I still need Musicbee to manage my files. I wish that Mixo had automatic file organisation when importing tracks in the library. Maybe an option like "Move to Mixo organised folder" and the possibility to move an entire library to the Mixo organised folder while keeping the playlist structure.

Other than that, I really like Mixo and the features progression over time. It gets better and better and it's really appreciated.

Fantastic feedback! Thank you so much.

We'll continue working hard to add new features and improve existing features. Watch this space!
