Track order not kept within playlists

DJ Danny 72 shared this question 18 months ago
Solved

After Traktor-Export and Serato-Import the track order within the playlists has not been taken over.

In Serato it looks like there are sorted by song name.

That's frustrating and manually re-creation of the original sorting will be painful.

Is there no solution to keep the order as by the source playlist?

Thank you

Hi Danny,

We're just in the process of releasing v0.57 with a fix for Serato playlist order and track list headings. I'll let you know later today when it goes live.

Thanks for the heads up!

Hi Remko,

I would appreciate that.

However, when checking your provided links, there is no option to start the download.

I select "windows" but the download doesn't start and there is no link neither.

Thank you for checking

Hey Danny,

Strange, it's working on our end.

Try a direct Windows Download here;

https://www.mixo.tech/download/beta/MIXO-0.57.0.exe

Let us know if this doesn't work.

You can also update in app if you've already got MIXO on any of your computers or devices.

Just going to add here that i was using v0.63.0 and it didn't upload my songs in order that they were in the serato crate...I restarted my computer and tried again and it worked! I believe it was an issue with my computer maybe going to sleep or something. Thanks for MIXO!
