Long playlist names cause scrollbar to show incorrectly

The playlist treeview will show a scrollbar when a playlist has a longer name than can be shown within the width of the sidebar.

However, it appears underneath the playlist rather than at the bottom of the list of playlists.

This has now been fixed in our latest v0.27 release
