Hi,

Firstly, thank you for the software! Great features and looks amazing.

Just wanted to let you know that I imported 5 tracks and it seems the BPM was detected only on 1 track? Any ideas/tips?

Thank you.

Thank you!

If you import from Tracks - only metadata that the tracks already have will be imported to MIXO.

If you have these tracks analyzed in Rekordbox, Traktor, Serato etc. you can import those databases and MIXO will include the BPM.

We're also looking for feedback on what users want to get out of the app, so what do you plan on using MIXO for?

Hi Jon, thanks for coming back. It would be actually good if the BPM was detected, could it act like Rekord Buddy, MixedinKey, import all the tracks, Tag, etc, etc and then export playlists to be used with Rekordbox, Traktor.....?

Absolutely! That is on our Roadmap:

Feel free to have a look through the other ideas and upvote anything you feel is important, that helps us to decide which features to prioritize.

Thanks!

Hi there,

MIXO will automatically analyse tracks on import for waveform and artwork. If importing from Serato, M3U, CSV or just tracks on their own MIXO also imports metadata and cues from the tracks.

You can turn analysis off in advanced import options, which makes import faster (useful if you're only going from one app to another).

You can also re-analyse tracks by right-clicking them in the track list and selecting Re-Analyse Tracks.

BPM is automatically detected and saved for any tracks you play that do not have it. This occurs when you zoom the waveform (so it can build the beatgrid).

Your question wasn't that clear, so I hope this information helps!
