Payment doesn't work

I wanted to upgrade to Mixo Gold as I need it urgent to convert from Traktor to Rekordbox. But it is impossible to pay the fee? Always get the message that I should take another credit card. I tried 2 Cards, no one fits. Also not possible to pay with Apple Pay, also an issue. Pls help fast.

Hi there,

The payment system is working correctly so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Please logout and login again and try your card again, being careful that the expiry date and address are correct.

Hy thanks for your answer. I also don't know what the problem is, but I logged out several times, I tried 4 credit cars in the meantime, of Course checked the date, the address and everything. But I always get the message "Payment failed. Please use another card". It was also not working with Apple Pay, there it just breaks off ofter some seconds. Can u pls check this an is there another option to pay? I would really need the gold update fast. I liked your software, but this is horrible :(

I also tried several devices, and browser. 2 MacBooks, also my iPhone. So this must be a problem with your payment system.

I've tested Apple Pay using my own card and everything works.

I think your bank is preventing the payment setup. You probably need to contact them.

Sorry Remko, I am not stupid. I can't be a problem with my bank. I tried Sparkasse (Austrian Bank), N26, Revolut, TF Bank). I tried the cards direct and also with Apple Pay, nothing works, NOTHING. I don't know how it works with your card, but in my account it is impossible to upgrade.
An I would need the upgrade to gold now. Is there no other way to do the upgrade? if you want, pls try it with my account, I can send you the money with PayPal or anything else.

I wasn't suggesting you were stupid at all, it's just that sometimes payments are rejected during confirmation and we are not exposed to the reason why.

I can see that the payment methods are being attached to your account but the next step is to try to approve a payment and that's where it fails.

I've removed the payment account that's attached to your MIXO account, so please logout of the GOLD website and login again and let me know if it works when you try to make payment.

Well, I'm glad it works but I don't know why it didn't before!

The payment account linked to your MIXO account was created over a year ago... but it's the same processing system. Nothing changed!

I'll have to look into it.
