Sync Loop prevents Upload

If for some reason you see the "..Sync" on the top left appear and disappear over and over again (dont know how to recreate this bug) AND THEN you try to upload new tracks, the system locks up during the ARTWORK phase. Clearing the queue and reloading DOES NOT WORK. However, if you log out and log back in, the sync process begins as normal and once that is performed you are able to upload tracks again.

The sync loop could be because I deleted my files and reuploaded them so that I can retain cue point data.
