Drag & Drop Folder to Import Local Structure

Whilst MIXO keeps the folder structure of the local files across devices, in the app itself you can't currently import an existing file structure outside of importing xml, nml, m3u or db files.
Add ability to import a root folder with subfolders and playlists.
If a folder has loose tracks and another subfolder create it like so:
> Parent Folder
>> Parent Folder (as playlist)
>> Child Folder
