If you have a lot of tracks or large file sizes (WAV, AIFF etc), the Upload Tracks step during import can take some time.
Internet Service Providers (ISPs) promote speeds in megaBITS per second. There are in fact 8 bits to a byte, which means if your upload speed is 15 megabits/s, you should expect to upload at around 1.8 MB/s (megaBYTES per second).

Here's how to calculate a rough estimate of how long this process might take:
If you have 100 tracks that are around 60 MB each, the total size is 6000 MB.
6000 MB (total size) / 1.8 MB/s (upload speed) = 3333 seconds
3333 / 60 = 55 minutes
It's important to remember that your upload speed is likely to vary, which can add additional time to the total.
