Why is login not working?

MIXO needs to connect to the cloud database to authenticate. In rare instances, it's possible this connection can be blocked by your computer's software or network configurations.

If you are experiencing problems logging in on desktop, there are a few things you can check:

- Check your network connection.
- Try switching to another network.
- Try turning off your firewall.
- Reset your password.
- Delete application data and uninstall MIXO, then download and install.
