No. MIXO does not have any limits on track, album or playlist uploads. For Desktop users MIXO simply references music on the device or connected devices MIXO is being used on.
For MIXO:GOLD users, MIXO will sync with your cloud storage so it's completely dependent on the amount of space you have in your Google or Dropbox accounts for how much music you can upload.
