If you find that you have a particular error showing when you are trying to import, please try these steps in order:
- Uninstall MIXO
- Download the latest version from the website and install
- Try importing again
If the above does not work, please send the following to us at team@mixo.dj
- Description of the issue
- Screenshot of the error if possible
- Attach all files from the date of the failed import. These can be found in your Music > MIXO > Logs folder
- Attach the file you were trying to import, this will likely be an .xml, .nml, .m3u or .csv file and the location will show in MIXO on the import page
With the above in hand, we have the best chance possible to quickly find and solve the issue.
