Mixxx is a free and open source DJ software for Windows, Mac and Linux. It comes with a range of standard features essential for mixing, such as BPM and key detection, looping, and sync mode to keep tracks in time whilst performing.
It also comes with effective DJ controller support and mapping, so Mixxx can be used alongside any DJ hardware, as well as a range of effects from reverb and HFP to delay and tremolo.
Mixxx is the only free timecode vinyl software out there, allowing the manipulation of tracks using real turntables as a controller. In short, it simulates the sound and feel of your digital music collection on vinyl.
